2. In your inquiry, include EMT jacket and pants quantities.

3. When ready to place your order, provide measurements for each member of your team members – chest, waist, hips, pants inseam, and sleeves from side of neck to middle of hand. We will also send out sizing samples for your team to try on and from the standard, you and your team members can indicate if they would like added body length or sleeve length.

4. Download EMT jacket and pants template and mark up to indicate colors needed and areas of customization.

5. When order is confirmed, you may choose to pay 50% up front and 50% upon order completion or, for a discount, payment can be made up front.

6. Based on your order, Linda and the ACA team will provide your unit with an estimated date of arrival for your customized EMT jacket and pants.
