2. In your inquiry, include EMT jacket and pants quantities to get an accurate quote.
3. When ready to place your order, provide measurements for each member of your team members – chest, waist, hips, pants inseam, and sleeves from side of neck to middle of hand. Here are the standard sizes and from here, you and your team members can indicate if they would like added body length or sleeve length.

Note: When you measure the sleeves, measure with a bent elbow.
Find Your Best Fit:
If your Chest-Waist-Hip measurement is between:
- 36-38″, order a Small
- 39-41″, order a Medium
- 42-45″, order a Large
- 46-49″, order an X-Large
- 50-54″, order a 2X-Large
- 55-58″, order a 3X-Large
4. Download EMT jacket and pants template and mark up to indicate colors needed and areas of customization.
5. When order is confirmed, you may choose to pay 50% up front and 50% upon order completion or, for a discount, payment can be made up front.
6. Based on your order, Carol and the ACA team will provide your unit with an estimated date of arrival for your customized EMT jacket and pants.
