American Career Apparel (ACA), manufactured by Tailoredwear Inc, is located in Northern Minnesota and has been producing visibility jackets and EMT apparel for over fifteen years.

From the beginning, thanks to feedback from many EMTs and paramedics, ACA recognized the need to customize The Responder design. As a result, all EMT apparel is made to order with the intent of catering to the needs of varying service professionals. The Responder is not mass produced.
